So, today I had my second migraine in as many days. What did I learn? Tylenol is about as effective during a migraine as a rowboat in the desert... Also, for what little energy I expend while I'm having a migraine, it's exhausting!!!! I think I've spent more time asleep in the last two days than I've spent awake!
